This is my last entry.
Doing this blog I've impruve and learnt a lot, especially this last year.
After this year I thing I can read a text faster and find out better, also I thing I can write a drafting much better and write about other topics because I have learnt some vocabulary I thing that although Cristina's vocabulary exams are more difficult because we have to write definitions... the have helped my to impruve. I thing the thing I have impruve the most is translation.
I feel very sorry but it's what there is, we all change stages and we are doing it.

MY HIGH SCHOOL MEMORIES
I remember my first day in the high school, I were with Tony, Rodri and Alex, we were very nervous, we entered and one teacher started telling us our new classes, It was good, I was with some of my friends. I was happy because more or less all the teachers were nice.
The first days we didn't know what to do in the breaks but with the time we started plaing games, basketball... This year we didn't do a lot of projects, the best one was performing "Midsummer night's dream".
The second course wasn't as good as the first but I was with my friends in class again. This year we did many more project that in the first, especially in class music, our teacher was very strict but we had some very good times. Some projects were: looking for information about a proffesional athlete, I made it about Toni Bou, he's the best trial biker, or singing a rap...
In the third year we made more projects that in the other two together, in class music we made some like making a musical videoclip, dancing some songs, an american football haka... my academical level was going down, in summer I fail English and Maths but then I could passed them with good marks
This year, the forth and the last is being the best because in class I'm with "aall" my friends, both trips... The trips had been: one to Ireland and the other, the end of course one, I havn't gone to Ireland's one but we made some funny things in class. The end of course one had been very funny.
In this four years I have met a lot of my friends and other people, there had been good and bad moments but I have learnt a lot and I also had grown as a person.
WITCHES SECRETS AND LIES
Some time ago we read this book, "Witches secrets and lies", It was two stories about people in salem.
After reading it we had to made a projet about some topic related with the book, I made it with Alex Rubio about slavery in north America, we learnt a lot about how it satarted and how it ended, also who were the slaves...
I can't found the link.

AEROBIC & ANAEROBIC METABOLISM
AEROBIC METABOLISM
-It's the way our body creates energy through burning carbohydrates, amino acids, and fats in the presence of oxygen.
-This metabolism is used for the sustained production of energy for exercise and other body functions.
ANAEROBIC METABOLISM
-It's the creation of energy through the burning carbohydrates in the absence of oxygen. This occurs when your lungs can't put enough oxygen into the bloodstream to keep up with the demands of your muscles for energy.
-It'sused for short bursts of activity, such as when you go for a sprint when running or cycling.
-When there isn't enough oxygen in the bloodstream, glucose can't be fully broken down to carbon dioxide and water. Instead, lactid acid is produced, which can build up in the muscles and degrade muscle function.
Our body will often switch between aerobic and anaerobic metabolism during sports and exercise activities that require short bursts of sprints as well as sustained jogging, such as in soccer, tennis, and basketball.
CONFRONTATION
-Anaerobic metabolism is not as efficient as aerobic metabolism. A molecule of glucose can only produce three ATP (what fuels the muscles)molecules under anaerobic metabolism, while it produces 39 with aerobic metabolism.
